A lot of people mix up faith with works. As a result, many Christians do not live by faith alone, but rather by faith plus works. They live by sight, which they call faith. They claim to have faith in God. Every action is awaited from Him. They accept a life without movement or velocity, believing God to take care of everything. While God has done everything for you and me through the gift of salvation, He also wants us to accomplish the work of faith, which is manifested in our lives by obedience to Him.
Mark 11:22
So Jesus answered and said to them, “Have faith in God.
Faith is so strong that it has the ability to change the natural order of things. “Women received back their dead by resurrection,” according to Hebrews 11:35.
Many have been healed by Jesus through faith.

John 5:8-9
8Jesus said to him, “Rise, take up your bed and walk.” 9And immediately the man was made well, took up his bed, and walked.
If we continue to view life through the lens of this world’s viewpoint, we will never see God flip the order of things in our lives.
Jesus calmed the storm as His disciples were overcome by fear.

Matthew 8:26
26But He said to them, “Why are you fearful, O you of little faith?” Then He arose and rebuked the winds and the sea, and there was a great calm.
Living with faith entails taking action before seeing the desired outcome. When you do, you’ll see God turn things around in your life that are humanly impossible to turn around.
Mark 11:23-24
23For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, ‘Be removed and be cast into the sea,’ and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. 24Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.
To have faith and believe is a commandment.

Hebrews 11:6
6But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
It clearly states that as a Christian we must believe!
We are not God’s people if we doubt. If we do not believe, we are drifting away from God. With doubt in our minds, we give the enemy free entry into our lives. Such will disconnect us from God!
That is why things do not work out in our lives. We are disconnecting ourselves from God, from Jesus. By doing so, we are willingly or unwillingly inviting the enemy called satan into our lives. We can only serve one! Either Jesus or the enemy. Do not give the enemy any chance to take over your life! Keep praying and meditating God’s Word.
By constant prayer, meditation and worship to Him, we keep staying connected to our Lord and Saviour.
This is the reason why it is written in
1Thessalonians 5:16-18
16Rejoice always, 17pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

May the Lord be with you and bless you abundantly!
